专利说明:
The present invention relates to a foil support with integrated shock absorber for outboard boat. By foil, it is understood a wing which gives lift. This foiling technology is starting to be adopted in particular in boating. More commonly as an initial or retrofit for sailing boats, and only as a retrofit for motor boats and in particular for so-called outboards. The invention aims to provide an advanced advanced technology for original equipment and / or aftermarket foil support suitable for outboard boats. By holding the foil is meant the structural elements of the boat or attached to the boat which make it possible to maintain, guide, and make the foil move in an optimal manner for the navigation of the boat. It is known various foil holding devices for sailing boats. These devices respond to particular navigation constraints with the possibility in particular of making adjustments to orient the foil according to the windward advance, the wind force, the lift of the boat. In short, maintaining the foil requires to be adjustable, to respond finely to the steering of the coxswain or the team member, to be robust. No damping function exists to date for the maintenance of a foil. The function that is sought is that of handling and precision of adjustment. There are embryos of foil solution on outboard boats. In fact, the only solutions that currently exist are wing-shaped attachments, which are fixed on engine elements or hull elements. Today, there is no integrated solution to maintain a foil on a speedboat. A main object of the invention is to provide a foil maintenance adapted to the conditions of speedboat navigation. Namely, in particular to carry out the function of lift in optimum conditions, to be able to collect significant efforts and to offer passengers a comfort of navigation. By comfort of navigation it means in particular knowing how to absorb the jolts of the boat which comes to hit the waves. By lift function, it means in particular to give the pilot the reactivity of a boat necessary to pass turns, accelerations, decelerations. An object of the invention is to provide a solution which is robust and easily industrializable. An object of the invention is to provide a solution which is economical and suitable for both a popular yachting market and a high-end market. In a main aspect, the invention proposes a foil retention which makes a well pit pierced in the shell cooperate, a high support with a servo in translation of the foil, a low support with a damping function of the foil. It being understood that the invention must resolve a difficult constraint which is that of allowing the translation of the foil on the low support while ensuring its damping. In one aspect, the invention proposes a damping foil housing, fitted as an original equipment or as a second equipment which will be particularly described below. In one aspect the shock absorber housing includes the cooperation of a shock cushion and a sliding ring. It being understood that a major constraint which is difficult to solve is to propose a device for maintaining the foil which is compatible with criteria of tightness and taking in water so as not to allow water to infiltrate. or brake the boat. The invention will be better understood on reading the appended figures which represent a particular mode of the invention in which: - Figure 1 shows a sectional view of the present invention - Figure 2 shows a top view of an outboard boat equipped with the present invention - Figure 3 shows a sectional view of the section of a foil - Figure 4 shows a damping box for the foil shown in Figure 3 - Figure 5 shows a section of the shock absorber box located in the bottom of the well. Figure 1 shows a sectional view of the present invention, with the hull of an outboard boat which is pierced on its side of a well (15) foil. A foil (1) is held in the well (15) between a high support (16) and a low support (17). The high hold (16) of foil blocks the floor. The foil top support (16) is a servo unit which typically is a drive mechanism comprising a motor which drives rotating rollers. The set of rollers holds the foil on both sides, and the action of the rotation of the motor on the rollers generates by friction a translation of the foil (1) in the well (15). The low support (17) of foil plugs the shell (10). It is therefore in contact with water and is flush with the hull so as to maintain a smooth character of the hull (10), without roughness. FIG. 2 represents a top view of an outboard boat equipped with the present invention with a series of foils (1) which can be arranged port or starboard, towards the center of the boat or rather aft. FIG. 3 represents a sectional view of the section of a foil (1) which typically has a tapered drop shape. The foil section is of known type and responds to hydrodynamic lift constraints. FIG. 4 represents a shock absorber of the foil (1). As shown in Figure 4, the bottom support (17) can be either a complete assembly which is mounted in a frame (41) which itself will then be mounted in the bottom well hole reserved in the boat, the bottom well hole then having the same size as that of the frame (41). The frame (41) may as well be directly itself the bottom well hole. It all depends on the construction process as it will be adopted. First fit, Second fit, mass production or handcrafted. In any event, the two options are equivalent. The invention proposes to sink in the frame (41) a damping pad (42). The shock absorbing pad (42) is typically made of elastomeric material or rubber. When the elastomeric pad is cast, a foil ring (43) is centered in the center of the frame (41). The foil ring (43) is as its name suggests a ring which has the same inner section as the outer section of the foil (1). The foil ring (43) holds and is flush with the foil and can slide over it with very slight friction or without friction. The foil ring (43) is rigid and can be made of any type of material suitable for a set of bonding constraints, of the marine environment, and of rigidity, lightness and easy to draw and mold or sculpt. There are many technical materials that meet this constraint in shipbuilding. As shown in Figure (5), the section of the ring (43) is identical to that of the foil case. It is therefore understood that the foil ring (43) is found held by the damping pad (42) which is glued to its lateral outer section, the elastomeric pad itself being glued to the lateral inner face of the frame (41). It is therefore understood that keeping the damper low (17) allows the foil (1) to slide, on the other hand it maintains a water tightness, it collects the forces in the lateral directions submitted by the foil (1) by compressing or expanding by its elastic nature. In short, the low support (17) constitutes a foil damper which gives the boat a better seat and comfort. In a way, the equivalent of what we find on cars, the wheels of which also have their shock absorbers to dampen the passage of the car on the roughness of the road. The present invention relates to a foil holder (1) for navigation on a motorized outboard boat provided with a hull (10) characterized in that the system comprises the cooperation of a hollow well (15) passing through the hull (10) on the floor of the boat, a top foil support (16) in the well (15) which is equipped with a control unit in translation of the foil (1), a bottom support (17) in the well (15) allowing the foil (1) to slide in translation, the bottom support (17) comprises an elastic shock-absorbing buffer (42) which circles the foil. The present invention relates to a foil support (1) for navigation on an outboard boat, characterized in that the bottom support (17) is mounted in a frame (41) in which the elastic shock absorbing pad (42) is poured, between the frame (41) and a foil ring (43), rigid, hollow, centered in the center of the frame (41), with the same inner section as the outer section of the foil (1), the foil ring (43) holds and is flush on the foil and allows the foil to slide over it in its translational movement. The present invention relates to a foil holder (1) for navigation on an outboard boat, characterized in that the elastic damping pad (42) is made of elastomeric material. The present invention relates to a foil support (1) for navigation on an outboard boat, characterized in that the frame (41) is formed directly from the wall of the hull (10) of the boat formed by the well hole. (15). It is clear that many variants possibly capable of combining can be made here without ever departing from the scope of the invention as defined below.
